Ha ha, the Guardian scores again with this column reflecting on the decapitation of Margaret Thatcher's statue. If only the mainstream U.S. press were allowed to run such columns! Also, they report that DC is petitioning to become a British colony. How in the world did the U.S. press miss this?

So the state government of Tennessee is about to shut down, not because of the incompetence of the legislators but because of the sheer idiocy of the populace for refusing an income tax. Get a clue, you morons--the 6 and 0 plan will save almost all of you fools money because there would no longer be that huge sales tax on everything under the sun, and you would be able to deduct the state income tax from your federal taxes! Why aren't they furious that the rich pay nothing while they get the shaft? Why aren't they angry at the people who live near the state line and do their shopping in other states and thus do not pay their fair share, while they get the shaft? Why? Because they are total morons! Need proof? Check out the comments on a newspaper's website about the tax stalemate. A very large proportion them contain misspellings! These people are such idiots that they are letting the fat cats take them for a ride while they blither away illiterately and do the rich's dirty work for them. Pathetic!
