The guy who wrote "The Bush Dyslexicon" is right: what sounds like idiocy from Bush's mouth is really his way of revealing his nasty, horrible true feelings. Today, on the occasion of Paul Wellstone's death, he expressed his condolences on the loss of the Senate. Yeah, the picture isn't of him when he said it, but I guarantee it's what he thought (and the page has a link to a quote of him saying it.)
